I have read a measly 7 books this month. Not quite the lowest since I started keeping score, but fairly close to it. Not to mention that most of these were rereads. I've read all of one new book this month ;) What can I say? My reading mojo has been low, and I needed the comfort of rereading to kick-start it again. Hopefully I'm there now.

A Celtic Witch - Debora Geary, 4/5, 247 pages
A Lost Witch - Debora Geary, 4.5/5, 269 pages,
Swordfish and Lullabies - Debora Geary, 4/5, 70 pages
An Imperfect Witch - Debora Geary, 4.5/5, 250 pages
Finishing off my reread of the Witch Central series in preparation for her newest book.

An Unlikely Witch - Debora Geary, 4/5, 243 pages
The only new book this month ;)
Loved this just as much as I had expected to, but without giving too much away, I think it would be a very hard read for somebody struggling with infertility.

But to me, it was still a comfort book. Debora Geary writes love so well, and I'm looking very much forward to seeing where she takes this new development in future books. I do wish there had been more focus on the solstice gifts though. As far as I recall we never heard what all of them were... and I think that would have made for some awesome scenes!

I love Trinity, and am glad to see that she's been adopted by Witch Central as well.

I did have one issue with the beginning of the book. I don't think it would qualify as a spoiler, but I'll hide it anyway, just in case.
Possible spoiler )

The Year of Plenty - Rebecca LeeAnne Brammer, 4/5, 204 pages
I've been wanting to reread this for ages, and finally got around to doing so. Unfortunately it turned out I wasn't quite in the mood for it after all, and therfore think I might not have enjoyed it as much as I would have otherwise. It's still a sweet book though.

Changing Gears - Nancy Sathre-Vogel, 5/5, 298 pages
The amazing story of a family on bikes, who spend almost three years biking from Alaska to Argentina. I followed their blog while they were actually on the road, and love this condenced version of their experiences. It makes me long to go travelling and grateful for the chance to live vicariously through them. I highly recommend it!

My only "complaint" is that I would have appreciated dates being given here and there, so instead of just saying "Day 734" it would have said "Day 734 - Whatever date". It got difficult for me to figure out just when things were happening. A minor nitpick I know :)
