Yeah, it's kind of annoying but they're still fun reads : )

I'm kind of curious about the genesis of the series. Did she originally intend it to be a trilogy, or did she write the first book and the publisher or somebody told her, "hey, we can make a lot more money if you make this a trilogy"? I read about how she thought of the idea, but not about what I just said. I'll look into it in my spare time ; )
