Hi, community!
First, I want to welcome any newcomers. If you are new and have not introduced yourself, please do. Just tell us a little about yourself and/or the books you like to read. Anything you want. Thanks!
Second, I thought I'd ask a few questions that you can answer in a post to the community. Ready?
1. How many books did you read in 2014? (If you don't keep track, you can give an estimate.)
2. Which did you read more: physical books (or on Kindle) or audiobooks?
3. What were your favorite books from the year?
4. Favorite new authors that you hope to continue reading in 2015?
5. And for fun: do you own an e-reader? If so, what kind?
1. 39
2. Audio, by far.
3. Last Night at the Chateau Marmont by Lauren Weisberger, Cress by Marissa Meyer, Love the One You're With by Emily Giffin, Where We Belong by Emily Giffin, Attachments by Rainbow Rowell, Lie Still by Julia Heaberlin.
4. Emily Giffin is definitely my favorite new-to-me author from 2014, and I want to read more of her stuff. Runner up goes to Beth Harbison and Rainbow Rowell.
5. Yes, a Kindle.
Happy new year!

Date: 2014-12-31 10:29 pm (UTC)I didn't realize you didn't track--you do post your lists, though, so you have them recorded at least. :D You could keep a running total there too. Or do you read others that you don't post in LJ?
I'm going to look into one or two of your favs. Thanks!
