Reading Survey (and belated intro)

I have been terrible about posting to this community, and I don't believe I have even introduced myself -- I'm sorry! I'm a graduate student, and I have loved reading and collecting books since I was a little girl. I especially enjoy classic Christian literature and theology, history and biography, and 19th century novels. I would enjoy reading some lighter contemporary fiction, too, but I'll definitely need some recommendations. This community seems like a good place to look for some!

The Master of Hestviken series by Sigrid Undset
Nicholas and Alexandra by Robert K. Massie

4. Favorite new authors that you hope to continue reading in 2015?

I'd like to read more of Robert Massie's biographies.

5. And for fun: do you own an e-reader? If so, what kind?

I just received a Kindle Paperwhite as a gift. I much prefer physical books, but the Kindle has some practical advantages.

I hope someone can offer suggestions! I think the stuff I enjoy is much lighter than you'd like. :P
